Details
Responsible for the growth of Bank's agriculture book in line with business plan and objectives. Encourage program-based lending suited to customers' needs. Liaison with other business units for business leads and ensure achievement of financial and non-financial objectives. Identify business opportunities, structure proposal, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements. Ensure Credit Discipline is maintained in line with policies and procedures. Monitor business performance and compliance with SBP/relevant regulations.
