Details

Develop SME business plan in line with Bank's business objectives. Encourage program-based lending suited to the needs of existing and prospective clientele. Implement business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded businesses. Identify new business avenues, structure proposal, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements. Ensure Credit discipline is maintained in line with the Bank's CPM, Policies and Procedures.
